About Kathern
I teach healthy cooking classes for children and adults, offering monthly kids' classes at Cool Beans Café in Medina, as well a birthday parties for all ages, team-building events, private classes, Girl Scout classes, presentations and demonstrations.
Classes are being held wherever clients choose, and I work closely with the clients to offer them the best experience possible.

I've become a Cooking Instructor so I can help others learn to appreciate and prepare real, good-for-you food. It's so rewarding to work with kids and share in their excitement when they realize they can really cook...and eat healthy! A special bonus is helping adults learn to make wise food choices and enjoy healthy cooking, also.
