I give the students what they are looking for or suggest options to what they can learn.
trying to instill the passion for cuisine can come in so many food options, it’s when you understand the proper technique that the real creativity starts to come into play!
Have supported local Vocational Schools , & have trained hundreds of cooks. I’ve always been asked questions about cooking and the people always say how compassionate I am when I am speaking about food .
I’ve started doing some dinner events and off premise catering from my restaurant and it took offfrom there.
Have been a Chef for over 20 years in New York & Palm Beach, well diversified experience, multi cultural cuisine. Culinary Institute of America graduate , with well over 6 - 2 & 3 Star Reviews .Can offer many options or general basic fundamental classes on all basics of cooking. Or in house dinner parties
