I can't think of a better date night than getting covered in pasta dough and learning how to make ravioli from scratch. The food was delicious and the chef awesome.

Chris is the BEST! I left the class feeling like all the recipes were something I could recreate at home (I also left incredibly full!). I can't wait to make the pesto and homemade pasta at home ASAP. I encourage EVERYONE in Atlanta to take Chris' class -- not only did I learn a lot but I also had a great time. Can't wait to do it again!

This has been the third class that I have taken with Chris, and unsurprisingly, it was another winner!! The history about the region where the recipes originated in addition to the dishes themselves were incredible!! It is so much fun to cook with people as enthusiastic about food as Chris. Do yourself a favor and take a class :-)

Further, the instruction he provides is very straightforward and clear, and I was even able to recreate it at home without feeling overwhelmed and anxious! That's huge for me, since I often feel very afraid of my kitchen. I highly recommend any of Chris's classes to anyone who is interested in picking up some more skills in the kitchen. Everyone who attended the class was friendly and supportive, and I felt very comfortable in the learning environment. I loved it!! Will definitely be signing up for another class soon

This meal was incredible! Chef Chris gave great instructions on how to prepare each dish, and was very patient as we fumbled our way through the past making process. The end-result was exceptional. It gave me inspiration for meals I can prepare on my own. Looking forward to my next class with Chris!
