At CKO Kickboxing, get ready to burn fat, reduce stress and tone up by punching and kicking real heavy bags, or working one-to-one with a personal trainer.
Fitness Kickboxing is the number one fat-burning, cardio exercise, with up to 1,200 calories burned during a one hour class.
Our fun and engaging group fitness classes keep the punches and kicks basic to focus on the fitness aspect of your workout.
Since our kickboxing classes are for both beginner and advanced levels, each member can work out at their own pace.

I started training with Asha 9 months before my wedding. She pushed me, motivated me, and taught me good healthy eating habits and most importantly we had fun! She’s got amazing taste in music. Needless to say on my big day- I felt extra special and so happy in my dress! I’m still training with her and it’s been 8 month since my wedding!
That they push u to do better & they believe in you
No two sessions are the same. Asha gives me an effective, varied workout, but is mindful of an existing injury, and selects appropriate exercises in order not to set back my recovery, or interfere with my physical therapy. She demonstrates the workout, advises on breathing technique, and is a great motivator.
