Where do these sessions take place? In Person or One on One ( I am currently located in Washington, DC)
Is there sparring? No, not unless you are looking into doing it or fighting one day.
What do I need to bring? Water Bottle, Running/Training Shoes, Gloves, Hand Wraps.
