About Christopher

I engage my clients and motivate them to push pass their limits and raise their confidence and become the elite athlete they're striving to be on and off the field/court.

I enjoy what I do b/c I'm built on effective leadership and I'm a motivator by nature. I do not believe in the word "Can't". I believe in 120% effort nothing less. I also believe athletes are to be well rounded. The max effort put into sports should be the exact same when it comes to life whether school, job, family etc. I'm about next level development so whether you're transitioning from middle to high school, high school to college, college to pros I'm a firm beliver in any getting you to that next level.

I come from a heavy sports background. I was a 3 sport athlete (Basketball, Football, Tennis). I was never the biggest, strongest or fastest so I became a strong student of the game and use my mind to became a better player. After my playing days I developed an understanding of the game that I could pass on to the next generation of athletes on and off the fields/courts of play.
