About LA-VON
I started teaching by providing Code Blue Drills at a very large hospital over 4 years ago and also by starting our company over 5 years ago. As a critical care RN, i have particiapted in many real life Code Blues and i've been a part of a medical team providing medical assistance to people experiencing cardiac arrrest/
I am a BSN holding critical care RN. I hold 6 certifications. I we also have a team that includes other nurses, EMTs and respiratory therapists. I have trained nurses how to be ICU RNS for a very large hospital. I have also trained over 300 employees how to provide CPR by providing CPR drills biweekly .

I'm fond of being a member of a team that drafted a local hospital's revised Covid Code Blue protocol, teaching it via drills to over 240 staff members and being videoed and appearing on the local news channel.
