We cater to those who are goal orientated. We have helped hundreds of people over 23+ yrs in the Chicagoland Suburbs get in shape and lose weight. We like our clients to live a life without limitation and a life that makes them proud! We offer training, accountability, and lifestyle management. I personally hold over 15 national level certifications such as NASM (probably the most saught after certification) as well as ACE, ISSA, and many more specialty certifications from P90X, TRX, Battle ropes, Sports Nutrition, Online Training Certification, etc...

When I was young I was extremely obese. I became obsessed with learning about how to lose weight and get in shape. Since then, I lost 70lbs and have been partly responsible for 100's of people losing weight, incluiding over a dozen people who have lost over 100lbs each!!

About the lesson

First we will do a phone or live success session. This will allow us to discus goals, limitations, the types of programs I offer, etc. Then we will have a free evaluation/training session for the student to get a chance to experience the process and for me the trainer, to see where the students starting point would be in order to reccomend the right program tailed to their needs and goals.

Mostly obese people looking to get their life back. That is my Niche..

Look for a trainer with experience in helping overweight people. Preferably one that would undertand you struggles because they have battled those same demons themselves in their life as well. Find someone that is passionate about helping people...

I have a client that was over 330 lbs and she is now 150lbs. So she has lost 180 lbs! Over 1/2 of her total weight!!!

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be honest, with yourself and your trainer. Understand that this is going to be hard work and a lifestyle change that doesn't end with you losing weight but will be just as important to help you to maintain it...
