About Roxane
Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center LLC is a healthcare education and certification school in Garden City, Michigan. The center delivers in-person, hands-on training for entry-level healthcare roles through Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, and CPR/BLS courses.
The CNA program follows Michigan guidelines with 80 hours of instruction across classroom lectures, lab practice, and clinical experience at a local long-term care facility. Graduates receive a certificate of completion and are eligible to take the State of Michigan CNA exam. The Phlebotomy Technician program provides skills-based instruction with supervised blood-draw practice and prepares graduates to sit for the NHA exam. CPR/BLS training is available for individuals and groups, including onsite CPR/AED/First Aid sessions for workplaces.
Programs emphasize practical skills, frequent start dates (approximately every four weeks), resume building, and career placement assistance. Admission requirements vary by program and may include a Michigan criminal background check (CNA), proof of education, TB testing, appropriate attire, and program orientation. Payment plans are available; prospective students may also explore funding through Michigan Works or the Michigan Achievement Scholarship.
Excellent Choice HealthCare Training Center was founded by Roxane Garner. Program coordination is led by AyYanNah Riley, BSN, RN, who supports regulatory compliance and student success. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
