Coaching Experience

I have extensive coaching experience with players and teams in the Connecticut and New York area. I have worked as a Head Coach/Director of Development for different baseball and softball organizations such as the Bronx Bombers (NY), Westchester Aces (NY), Brien McMahon High School (CT), Darien High School (CT), Westport Wreckers Softball (CT), Darien Babe Ruth (CT), and Darien Softball (CT).

Between coaching teams, running off season clinics, and doing personalized lessons I have also worked with numerous D1 baseball commits and professional athletes.

Coaching Philosophy

It’s not about telling a player what to do and just expecting them to go out and do it. It’s understanding the way a player thinks, what motivates them, and what physical improvements they need to get from where they are now to where they could be.What sets me apart from other coaches out there, is the importance I place on the mental aspect of the game. I teach players to compete, remain calm, and stay confident in every aspect of the game. When a player trusts their ability and understands the mental game they can push past their own perceived limits of ability, control their thoughts or emotions, and keep their mind clear. This allows them to perform at their best without any internal doubt
