About Sean
We enjoy Whole Foods Plant-Based coaching because we love helping people improve the quality of their lives.
We are passionate about spreading the good news about the massive health benefits of switching to a Whole Foods Plant-Based diet.
I experienced the following health improvements after adopting the whole foods lifestyle:

An initial online new client registration takes about 2 minutes to complete. A link will be sent to the client.
The client registration will be followed by a welcome letter, and a 30-60 minute health and fitness assessment conducted online, in-person, or over the phone.
