About Dan
I studied with one of the most respected acting teachers in Hollywood for many years. After years of theater performance and roles in TV, Video, Film I discovered I was good at helping others with their performance. I ran The Actors Program in Manhattan Beach for 10 years with success. We only closed due to moving out of the area. I can assist with bringing out emotion, improv, being in the moment, method acting and sense memory plus more! :) Lessons can be done remote, its best if you have an acting partner to work with.
I was acting in theater and film/tv and working with other actors discovered I was able to help them bring emotion or develope a character. I have always helped others, instructed others in the area of sales or art, so this came naturally to me.

We start with relaxation and go from there.
Well known actors, unknown actors, lawyers, police officers, a fire captain, many different types of people with different needs.
The first class is to determine the chemistry of the teacher and student, its about the work and not the personalities but you do have to feel comfortable with your insturctor, I tried a number of classes before settling on the ones I used in the past.

What is your goal? The student needs an objective in thier career as an actor.
Also think about the materials you will need.
Pen and paper or recording device, props, wardrobe, hair and makeup. You need a private space to work in as well.
