Polly is a hard-working and dedicated teacher who truly understands the individual needs of her students and who strives to plan activities that suit all types of learners. Polly has her students' well-being and learning as her highest priority and in her years working with us, she ensured that all her students flourished and made excellent progress in French. She developed very positive relationships with everyone in our Languages team and was always a very supportive colleague who contributed creatively to our departmental meetings. Her years teaching online in lockdown in Malaysia allowed her to display her excellent IT skills. Those years online also allowed Polly to demonstrate how she could quickly adapt to different teaching contexts, while still providing innovative and motivating experiences to her students during challenging times.
