About Maria
I have been a subjects teacher for many years, teaching all age group students: from preschool to professionals. I'm mostly an ESL and EFL teacher, primarily teaching English and Spanish. I use the latest educational paradigms, fun teaching methods and strategies.

My teaching methods vary according to the size and needs of the pupils of the classroom. example: (After, introducing myself and giving basic class rules)I start with a warm up, introduction to the topic using: question and answer, guessing, multiple ideas, looking for clues using, picture, words. Directed reading and and interesting partial and hole documentaries related to the topic. Basic grammar rules explained. Exercises: match, fill-ins, choose the correct word. finish with writing sentences: class group work, competition games. Production of a paragraph or speaking using new words.
