About Nancy

Hi there! I’m a certified Special Education Teacher (M.Ed) with years of experience teaching in both general education and special education classrooms. Before becoming a SPED teacher, I spent many years as a general education teacher, so I truly understand how to connect what students are learning in the classroom with the individualized support they need to thrive. I specialize in helping students build confidence, close learning gaps, and develop strong skills in English Language Arts and Math. My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s needs—breaking big concepts into smaller, achievable steps that make learning feel clear and rewarding. I believe every child is capable of success when given the right tools, encouragement, and a teacher who believes in them. About the lesson
