About Dale
I have taught hundreds of students. Some of my students have gone on to college to study music and become teachers and organists. I have practical experience in music performance playing in bands and dance bands, orchestras, dinner music, roller skating rink, square dance, funeral home, accompany various men's choruses.

My technique uses positive reinforcement by complimenting achievement so the correct procedure will be repeated instead of discarded as something the student wasn't sure about. Then I put myself in the student's place and we work on correcting mistakes. I have a core curriculum, add to it anything that interests the student.
