About Lauren
Hi, I’m Lauren!
I’m a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer with over 10 years in the fitness industry, a degree in Psychology and a background as a former competitive swimmer and gym owner.
Having spent much of my life involved in sport and fitness, I’ve developed a genuine passion for helping others discover the physical and mental benefits of exercise.
My psychology background has also shaped my coaching philosophy. I understand that building confidence, motivation and sustainable habits is just as important as physical progress.
Originally from the UK and now living in Dubai, I continue to work with clients online, helping people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities achieve their personal goals.
What I love most about my work is building lasting relationships with clients, celebrating their progress and helping them discover what they’re truly capable of.
I believe fitness should be enjoyable, empowering and accessible to everyone, whatever their starting point!

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background as a gym owner, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from CEOs, busy professionals and mums to older adults and individuals with more complex needs.
My experience extends to special populations, including post-surgery exercise, stroke survivors and individuals living with MS, Parkinson’s disease and Down syndrome.
I also incorporate Pilates matwork, functional strength training and mobility exercises, alongside tailored pre- and postnatal fitness programmes to support women through different stages of life.
I offer personalised, live 1:1 online training, tailored to your goals, abilities and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, enhance fitness or simply feel more confident exercising, my sessions provide real-time guidance, encouragement and progression.
My approach is supportive, professional and adaptable, with individual suitability and medical guidance considered where appropriate.
No generic workout plans, just dedicated personal coaching from the comfort of your home!
