About Fernando
Hello! I’m Fernando, and my journey into meditation began during a challenging time in my life when I faced depression and felt the weight of supporting my family. Motivated by a desire for improvement, I discovered meditation as a powerful tool for transformation.
Through my practice, I experienced significant positive changes in my relationships and success at work. More importantly, meditation led me to a deeper understanding of the scriptures and the true nature of God.
