About Nitish
Hello, I’m Nitish, a passionate Mathematics educator with more than 12 years of teaching experience. I currently work as a Mathematics faculty member at ALLEN Career Institute and have taught students preparing for JEE and Mathematics Olympiads. I enjoy making challenging Mathematics simple, clear, and interesting. I love helping students develop confidence, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills. My aim is to help every student discover that Mathematics can be both enjoyable and rewarding.

My classes focus on deep conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and effective problem solving. I teach Mathematics for US and UK curricula, including AP, GCSE, and A-Level, along with advanced Mathematics and competitive-level problem solving.
I begin by understanding the student’s current level and goals, then explain concepts clearly using step-by-step examples. Students actively solve problems during the lesson, allowing me to identify gaps and strengthen their understanding.
I gradually move from fundamental questions to challenging problems, helping students develop confidence and independent mathematical thinking. My experience with JEE and Mathematics Olympiad students also allows me to provide advanced problem-solving training when appropriate.
Every class is tailored to the student’s curriculum, level, and learning objectives.
