About Fatema
I am Fatema Mahdi and I have been tutoring for over three years now. I have always adored math and science, and it has pushed me to pursue medicine. I have taken many math classes like AP Calculus and AP Statistics, but my personal favorite to teach is middle school math. I've taught it to many other students, and have garnered many different ways to explain a topic. So don't worry if you don't understand what's going on in class, I can explain in an easier way!

I teach one-on-one and use practice paired with explanations on topics. A typical lesson plan for me would be to split all the units into weeks and attack them head-on. I currently have taught other students in all grades of middle school, so I am familiar with the entire curriculum. I also have 100+ hours of tutoring under my belt. So I know how to pace, teach, and explain math for the sixth grade, seventh grade, and eighth grade.
