About Parthdhwaj

Hello! I’m Parthdhwaj, a dedicated and experienced math tutor who has helped 75% of my students achieve A grades and guided others to substantial improvement. With a Bachelor’s in Finance and Political Science in progress at Rutgers Business School and hands-on experience creating tailored lesson plans, I bring both academic rigor and real-world perspective to every session. My teaching style is rooted in clear explanations, interactive problem-solving, and consistent feedback. I begin each lesson by diagnosing your strengths and gaps, then guide you through concepts using real-life examples, visual aids, and scaffolded exercises. I wrap up with quick quizzes for understanding to ensure you’re fully prepared before moving on. What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment where questions are always welcome and progress is celebrated. Whether you’re in middle school strengthening your foundations or in high school preparing for exams, I tailor each session to your individual goals, learning pace, and style—helping you build confidence, master concepts, and achieve lasting success.

As a tutor, I take a personalized and results-driven approach to ensure each student understands the material and feels confident applying it. I begin by identifying the student's skill level, learning style, and areas for growth through diagnostic questions and a brief conversation. This helps me create customized lesson plans that combine visual aids, practice problems, and interactive review to make abstract math concepts more concrete and approachable.

A typical session starts with a quick recap of previous material to reinforce retention, followed by step-by-step instruction on new concepts using real-world examples. We then work through targeted problems together, gradually shifting responsibility to the student as their understanding grows. I end each lesson with a mini quiz to assess understanding and plan for the next session.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with students by creating a positive, supportive environment. My previous students ranged from middle school to early high school, including those with special learning needs. By adjusting my pacing and offering encouragement, 75% of my students ended with an A in math, while others saw significant improvement.

My lessons are best suited for students in grades 6–10 who are looking to strengthen their foundation in math, boost their classroom performance, or gain confidence before exams. Whether a student is catching up or aiming to excel, I tailor my support to help them reach their goals.
