About Christine
Hello! I’m Christine, a Licensed Professional Teacher specializing in Mathematics. I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in Mathematics, and I have over 5 years of teaching experience with students from Grades 1–12. I have worked with learners from different countries and educational backgrounds, helping them strengthen their mathematical foundations, improve their academic performance, and prepare for important examinations. I am patient, approachable, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I believe every student can improve in mathematics with the right guidance, consistent practice, and a teaching approach that fits their individual needs.

As a highly experienced math tutor, I use a patient, student-centered approach that focuses on understanding rather than memorization. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level, curriculum, and goals. I typically begin by reviewing prior knowledge, introducing or explaining the concept step by step, working through examples together, and then giving guided and independent practice. I provide clear explanations, targeted feedback, and exam strategies when needed. I teach Grades 1–10 students, including those following American, Canadian, British, IGCSE, GCSE, and IB curricula, as well as students preparing for the SAT and ACT. My goal is to help every student build strong mathematical foundations, confidence, and independent problem-solving skills.
