About Rinesh

I am an experienced educator, trainer and project professional with over 20 years of experience across teaching, technology, training and business operations.
My teaching background includes tutoring university students, teaching computer courses, providing academic support and teaching Maths and Computer Studies in secondary education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science and Engineering Technology and an MBA in Information Systems and Project Management.
I understand that every student learns differently. I create a calm, supportive and structured learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving at their own pace. I explain difficult concepts in simple steps and encourage students to become confident, independent learners.
I am reliable, patient and committed to helping each student make measurable progress. My approach combines strong subject knowledge with practical learning strategies, regular practice and positive encouragement.

I can help with:
- Primary and secondary mathematics
- Year 7–10 Maths
- VCE foundation and general maths support
- Algebra, fractions, percentages, problem-solving and exam preparation
- Computer skills, programming fundamentals and digital literacy
- Homework support, assessment preparation and study skills
I have over 20 years of experience in education, technology, project management and training. I have taught Maths and Computer subjects and have also worked as a tutor, trainer and education-program leader.
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s current level, school topic and learning style. Parents receive clear feedback on progress and suggested areas for practice. My goal is to make learning structured, encouraging and enjoyable while helping students achieve stronger results and greater confidence.
