About Michael
Hi, I’m Michael — a UK Locum Occupational Therapist currently working within adult social care. I specialise in helping OT students, new graduates, and uni applicants build confidence, clinical reasoning and real-world skills that university doesn’t always teach. Because I’m a current practising OT (not someone who left the field years ago), I give up-to-date guidance that actually reflects modern NHS practice — documentation, handling caseloads, MDT communication, assessments, placement expectations, and band 5 interview prep.

Whether you need help with university assignments, placement preparation, reflective writing, or interview skills, I break everything down into clear, manageable steps. I use a mix of: • practical examples from real NHS practice • clear templates for writing, reasoning, and documentation • mock scenarios and clinical reasoning exercises Each lesson ends with: personalised feedback clear action points resources or templates you can take away I aim to help students feel confident, prepared, and able to apply OT theory directly to real-world practice.
