About Daegan
Hi, I’m Dae – a passionate health and wellbeing coach with over 10 years of experience helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care. My journey into this field started with my own search for balance. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure where to begin. Through years of learning and personal growth, I found powerful tools in yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and simple fitness routines—and now I teach to share those tools with others. I’m TEFL qualified, which means I’m trained in clear, effective communication and creating inclusive spaces for learners of all backgrounds. My teaching is gentle but focused, flexible but structured, always aiming to meet you exactly where you are. I teach because I truly believe everyone deserves to feel good in their body, calm in their mind, and confident in their daily choices. I love supporting people on that journey—whether you’re taking your very first steps or looking to deepen your wellbeing practice.
