1. I devised a unique teaching method: "Automated Creative Speech". It aims at helping students see quick results after short period of language learning by carefully selecting and teaching them language structures (I've found through long-time observation that majority learners of English fail because, first and foremost, they don't have sound grasp of language structures) and idiomatic expressions. After becoming automated with "bones", now they are able to fill "flesh" (original and creative ideas) into expressions. This method has worked especially well for ESL students and on TOEFL/IELTS speaking test because only limited time is given to test takers.
2. I also integrate multimedia materials, interactive activities, reward systems and comprehensive student reviews into teaching.
