About Angela
I'm a friendly and experienced tutor with over ten years' experience, alongside an extensive background of working with children in classroom and private household environments both in the UK and internationally (Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan and the UAE).
I was educated entirely in the UK, and have been living in London for 8 years. I hold a BA (Hons) degree, as well as TEFL and dyslexia related training.
I'm approachable, patient and down-to-earth and I really enjoy getting to know new students and finding which approach best suits them.

I'm an experienced tutor who believes children learn best when lessons are engaging, encouraging and tailored to the individual. I use real-world examples where possible - particularly when teaching maths - to make concepts easier to understand, but can be direct and firm where required in order to achieve results. I teach across a range of years and abilities, both online and in person, including those with dyslexia and ADHD.
