About Hannah
Within her practice, Hannah is interested in dance as mind-body connection and the ways in which movement can be used to take up space and gather power, literally and figuratively, particularly as a queer, female-presenting person navigating a patriarchal world. Hannah is passionate about inclusivity and empowerment within dance and works to promote this within the dance spaces they inhabit and in their practice.
Hannah is a graduate of Transit Dance (2021), and has trained at various other intuitions globally including The National Ballet of Canada and Toronto Dance Theatre.

Hannah (she/they) is an emerging contemporary dance artist and a passionate, experienced teacher based in Naarm/ Melbourne originally from Canada. Hannah is passionate about sharing her inclusive and empowering teaching practice and is continuously working to foster a safe space for dancers of all ages, abilities, and identities while understanding and advocating for positive change within the dance industry to develop dancers with the agency to become the best dance artists and humans they can be.
Available for VCE choreography and coaching, Competition choreography, private lessons to focus on technique, artistry, improvisation, audition preparation
