My approach to tutoring is practical, structured, and student-focused. I believe the best way to learn Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is by doing, so my lessons are highly interactive and based on real-life examples that students can immediately relate to their work, studies, or personal projects.
I use a step-by-step teaching methodology, starting from the fundamentals and gradually progressing to more advanced features such as formulas, functions, data analysis, charts, pivot tables, and automation tips. I assess each student’s current level and learning goals, then tailor lessons to suit their pace and needs. I encourage questions, hands-on practice, and regular mini-tasks to reinforce understanding.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although this can be adjusted depending on the student’s preference. Each session includes explanation, guided practice, and independent exercises, with clear takeaways at the end of every class.
My lessons are suitable for beginners to intermediate learners, including students, job seekers, professionals, business owners, and anyone looking to improve their spreadsheet skills. I work with adults and young learners who are motivated to learn and grow their confidence using Excel and Google Sheets.
