I am a dedicated tutor with 9 years of experience teaching Chess to high school and college students, having guided around 300 learners throughout my career. My teaching approach is rooted in the belief that every student learns differently, and I take pride in crafting lessons that align with each individual’s strengths, challenges, and learning styles. This personalised approach ensures that both beginners and advanced players feel supported as they work toward their goals. Clarity is at the centre of my lessons. I make sure each concept, from opening principles to advanced endgame strategies, is explained in a way that is easy to grasp and immediately applicable in games. My lessons balance theory with practice, giving students the confidence to apply what they learn in real matches. Besides Chess, I also teach relevant analytical and strategic subjects, making it easier for students to build strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My goal is to create an engaging and empowering learning environment where students not only improve their gameplay but also develop a deeper appreciation for the intellectual beauty of chess.
