I’ve known Mili for some time and one of the things that really stands out about her is how organised and attentive to detail she is. She takes the time to understand exactly what a student is struggling with rather than using the same approach for everyone. From there, she creates a clear and personalised plan that works around the individual student’s needs and helps them make real progress.

Mili is patient, encouraging and genuinely wants her students to do well. She explains things clearly and has a way of making people feel comfortable asking questions or admitting when they don’t understand something. She is also very reliable and puts a lot of thought and preparation into what she does.
