About Heshani
I’m Heshani Kanishka Galpoththegedara, a qualified business professional with an MBA in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and a BSc in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (Sri Lanka). I am also a finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), with additional qualifications in banking and finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL). With hands-on experience across leading banks in Sri Lanka—People’s Bank, NDB Bank, and HNB—I bring practical insights into finance, credit operations, risk management, and data analysis. I’m passionate about teaching and mentoring students in business-related subjects such as accounting, finance, and management. My goal is to simplify complex concepts and help learners build strong academic and practical foundations. Whether you're a student preparing for exams or a professional looking to strengthen your knowledge, I offer structured, engaging lessons that connect theory with real-world applications.
