About Fareesya
In the future, I see myself as a well-rounded professional who combines experience in coffee, culinary arts, and communication to educate and inspire others. I aim to grow beyond daily operations and become a knowledgeable mentor, educator, and creative contributor in the food and beverage industry. With my background as a barista and shift supervisor, along with Coffee Master and advanced latte art certifications, I plan to teach both the technical and creative sides of coffee. This includes coffee fundamentals, brewing methods, latte art techniques, beverage quality, workflow efficiency, and customer experience. I also want to guide new baristas on professionalism, teamwork, and leadership in a café environment. As I continue developing my freelancing and writing skills, I see myself sharing knowledge through written content, training materials, and educational resources related to coffee, hospitality, and culinary culture. My goal is not only to teach skills, but also to help others build confidence, discipline, and pride in their craft. Ultimately, I want to be known as someone who turns experience into education—helping people grow, whether behind the coffee bar or through meaningful, informative content.

Working as a shift supervisor has strengthened my leadership, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. I am experienced in training team members, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations. My background in culinary arts has further developed my attention to detail, creativity, and appreciation for quality and presentation.
As a new freelancer, I bring the same professionalism, discipline, and commitment to excellence into my work.
