About Timothy
I coached track and field for about 20 years. All events including javelin and shot put and etc. I have USATF training at the basic level, but most training was working and striving and purchasing videos as I tried to help my athletes achieve.

I coached girls pole vault at the high school level. I coached 3 girls to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the state meet for the largest classification in Alabama at the same meet. These girls were inverting and reaching heights from 11' 6" to 12'6". I can help you. I can also evaluate your videos to give you small corrections. But you have to be tough and follow the directions. Hard work leads to fun. Hard work is hard work. Achieving goals is fun. The first hour is $50/hr since I will be giving away all the "secrets" :). After that for video evaluation and such it would be $25/hr.
