About Glenda
I am a holistic consultant educator, yoga teacher, and meditation guide with twenty years of experience in healing traditions and a seven-year specialization in Ayurveda. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Maharishi Ayurveda Wellness and a Master of Arts in Enlightenment and Leadership.
My approach is intuitive and heart-centered, drawing on ancient wisdom to support modern well-being. I help individuals return to wholeness through a personalized blend of yoga, herbalism, aromatherapy, and breathwork. My work is dedicated to helping you live with presence, balance, and vitality, always attuned to your unique rhythm and life path.
