About Layla
I am an English tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in English Communication in Linguistics. My passion lies in helping learners not only understand English but also sound natural and confident when speaking it. I specialize in pronunciation, intonation, and fluency, guiding students through structured phonetic training and real-life speech practice. Many of my learners are non-native speakers who want to refine their accents, improve clarity, and feel comfortable in professional and social settings. To achieve this, I use a blend of innovative methods such as audio tools, shadowing exercises, and intonation maps. These techniques give students both the awareness and the practice they need to master rhythm and melody in English speech. My approach is highly practical and student-focused.
