About Noel
Starting back in 1997, I've been working in the hospitality industry for most of my life and have worked in every aspect of the industry from cleaner, waiter, barman, chef to manager. This left me with a vast knowledge about the industry and an exceptional amount of people skills witch helps a lot with me following a career in teaching as you need to know how to handle each person differently.
Working as a nurse for the past year while I was studying has been an absolute pleasure for me. It has taught me different aspects of respect for people and how to be even more patient and understanding of peoples circumstances and awareness of what they want and how we can achieve their goals. I've worked with people ranging from small disabilities to people being paralyzed from the neck down, to people that that had severe strokes and can't talk or do anything for them selves anymore. Everyone's needs and aims in life differed but I always managed to get the best out of my patients and a willingness to improve themselves and their situations.
I am currently helping an elderly couple, the man is paralyzed and the wife is to old to take proper care of him. The couple can't afford the health care they deserve so I volunteered my services to them so they can achieve the medical help they need at no charge for my services.

In my short teaching career that I've had, I have found that a multi syllabus teaching approach is most effective way with the students. It also allows the student to be exposed to a wider variety of teaching method than just the old traditional manner.
Students respond better to this way of teaching rather than using only one way of teaching. It also allows the student to have a bit of freedom in the class and it encourages them to think further than just the text book their use to. The response that I have received from the students has been exceptional and it really has shown in their work and marks at the end of the lessons and courses they have done.

Details
The First lesson I will give will be free. This lesson will be based on getting to know what the student's needs and aims are for taking this course or lessons through me.
If however the student doesn't show up for any lesson without letting me know well before the scheduled time, we will try to reschedule as soon as possible but if the student doesn't show for any reason again without letting me know in advance, he/she will forfeit the lesson and the payment will still be included.
My rates are very competitive in the market but I can assure you that I take care of each student to the best of my capability.
