About James
I am certified NASM personal trainer and Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) graduate. My priorities as a coach are to keep my students accountable, help them develop a healthier mindset and to educate them on how to make fitness work for them. I combine my years of qualification/education with my years of experience to help each individual find the best strategy for them. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction to help my students achieve a level of fitness they didn't think possible in a way that is sustainable for them.

I will coach you through a fully customised fitness programme, suited to your goals, levels of experience and lifestyle. Not only will I coach you through this programme, keeping you accountable and motivated, I will teach you all the key tools to make fitness work for you through easy to understand short videos. My goal is to be the last personal trainer you will ever need. I want to help you get in shape without fad diets, hours worth of cardio or sacrificing the foods you love. Instead I will help you understand what works for you and what doesn't and how you can sustain your level of fitness once you have achieved it. I am a Sports and Exercise Science graduate (BSc Hons) and NASM fully qualified personal trainer. I coach fully online and help people aged 18-45 who want to get into better shape.
