About Maria Alice
I am an executive advisor and data strategist with over a decade of experience helping businesses make high-stakes decisions. As an acting member of the advisory board for eight companies within Grupo Aguia, Alura and AB InBev, I reported directly to the CEO, leading disruptive growth strategies and architecting the holding's central data lake to drive decision-making. My background includes providing market analysis to guide mergers and acquisitions, pricing, and new product development at Itaú Unibanco and contacting C-level decision-makers for market intelligence at Frost & Sullivan. I specialize in creating frameworks to measure the financial impact of intangible assets like "client satisfaction," translating complex challenges into quantifiable, strategic advantages. This practical C-suite experience is complemented by deep academic rigor from UC Berkeley (Data Science) and my ongoing research collaboration at the University of Oxford. I serve as a thought partner for leaders navigating the intersection of technology, finance, and strategy.
