About Isha

My interest in Excel developed when I realised how important data organisation is in many fields. This led me to pursue a Master’s in Data Analytics, where I gained strong knowledge of data handling and analysis. Over the past 9 years, I have helped students and professionals learn Excel through simple explanations and practical training. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge while helping others build useful skills.

My teaching style focuses on clarity, hands-on practice, and adaptability. I believe students learn best when they actively work on spreadsheets while learning concepts. I demonstrate each feature step by step and guide students as they practice on their own. I also adjust my teaching approach based on the student’s pace so they feel comfortable and supported.

I continue exploring new Excel features and improving my teaching methods to provide better lessons. Watching students grow from beginners to confident users is very rewarding. Many learners start with little experience but gradually develop strong skills and independence. Helping them achieve this progress and feel confident in their abilities motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

About the lesson

Excel becomes much easier when students understand how to organise data and use tools to simplify tasks. In my lessons, I focus on teaching spreadsheet basics, formulae, formatting, charts, and data analysis using clear and simple explanations. I guide students step by step so they understand how each feature works and how it can be used in real situations. I use examples such as budgeting, tracking records, and analysing reports to make learning practical and useful. This approach helps students connect theory with real-world use and improves their confidence.

Lessons are structured based on the student’s experience and goals. Beginners learn spreadsheet basics, simple formulae, and data entry. Intermediate learners work on functions, sorting, filtering, and creating charts. Advanced students focus on pivot tables, advanced formulae, and data analysis techniques that improve efficiency. I include regular practice so students can apply what they learn and build confidence. Clear feedback helps them understand mistakes and improve steadily.

As students improve, they begin to see Excel as a powerful and useful tool. Many learners gain confidence as they learn to manage data efficiently and complete tasks faster. These skills are valuable in both academic and professional settings. My goal is to help students feel comfortable using Excel and develop strong practical skills that they can apply confidently.
