About Amira
My interest in Excel began when I saw how useful it is for managing and analysing data in everyday tasks. I completed a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, where I developed strong technical and analytical skills. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students and professionals learn Excel in a simple and practical way. My experience has allowed me to guide learners with patience and clarity.
I believe that Excel should be taught through practical examples and step-by-step guidance. My teaching approach focuses on helping students understand how each feature works and how to apply it in real situations. I encourage students to practice regularly and ask questions, which helps them build confidence and improve steadily. I also provide continuous support and feedback to ensure effective learning.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new tools and features in Excel and staying updated with its latest developments. This helps me keep my lessons relevant and useful. Teaching Excel is very rewarding to me because I get to help students develop skills that are useful in many areas of life. Seeing them grow in confidence and efficiency is something I truly value.

Excel becomes easy to learn when students understand how to use it step by step in real situations. In my lessons, I teach basic to advanced features such as data entry, formulae, functions, charts, and data organisation in a simple and structured way. I explain each feature clearly so students can follow without confusion. I also include practical examples like budgeting, data tracking, and simple reports to make learning useful. Each session is designed to be calm and supportive, helping students gain confidence as they practice and improve their skills gradually.
As students progress, I adjust lessons based on their level. Beginners learn basic functions, formatting, and simple formulae. Intermediate learners work on advanced formulae, charts, and data analysis. Advanced learners focus on complex functions, data management, and professional-level tasks. I provide hands-on practice, step-by-step guidance, and feedback to ensure students understand each concept clearly and apply it effectively.
Learning Excel also helps students develop organisation, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. As they improve, they become more efficient in handling data and completing tasks quickly. These skills are useful in both academic and professional settings. My goal is to make Excel simple, practical, and easy to understand so students feel confident using it in real-life situations.
