About Agustina
I am a meditation and mindfulness facilitator, medical student, and instructor in emotional regulation and attention practices. I integrate tools from yoga, conscious breathing, and somatic education through an evidence-informed and experience-based approach. My work prioritizes inclusion, respect for individual rhythms, and the creation of safe, horizontal, and accessible spaces.
