About Lindsay
I have been cake decorating for 9 years, and am always learning something new! In my course, we will start with the basics like, how to assemble a cake, and decorating cookies, and will work our way up to making a 3 tiered wedding cake. I will teach whatever you want to learn. If you are more interested in learning a certain style of decorating, or if you are more interested in the baking aspect, I will teach it.

I run a small business bakery called Sugar Rush Cakes and Bakes, where I create all kinds of tasty treats from scratch, breads, and decorate cakes and royal icing cookies. I specialize in wedding cakes, and themed cakes. If you are someone who always wanted to learn to make cakes like the star chefs you've seen on T.V., I give private lessons over webcam, or come to you! Round up a group of friends for a discounted rate per person, or book a birthday party for kids, or a "wine and baking party" for the adults!
