About Urja
Hello! I've just graduated with an BA (Hons) degree in History from University College London (UCL). I attended an independent school in London with the help of a scholarship, and achieved 9A*s, 3As at GCSE and A*A*A at A Level.
I love to tutor and have been doing so for around five years - in employment, on a voluntary basis, and privately. I am DBS checked for working with both adults and children.
My tutoring interests range across many subjects, but I have a particular passion for History, English Literature and Maths. Please note that I only tutor from Year 7 onwards.
I also give advice for university applications, having received an interview from the University of Cambridge as well as offers from University College London, Kings College London, and Queen Mary, University of London.
