About Monday
When you entrust your child to a teacher, you are entrusting someone with more than a lesson, you are entrusting them with a small part of your child's future. I understand that responsibility, and I take it seriously.
I see teaching as the meeting point between knowledge, humanity and purpose. My role is not simply to deliver information, but to understand the learner in front of me and create the conditions in which that learner can thrive.
I am a warm, patient, friendly and trustworthy teacher who genuinely enjoys working with children. I listen carefully, observe their strengths and challenges, and tailor my approach to meet them where they are. When a learner struggles, I do not see failure; I see an opportunity to find a different pathway to understanding. I enjoy breaking complex ideas into simple, relatable steps and using questioning, creativity, encouragement and problem-solving to help learners think for themselves.
My teaching experience covers English, ESL, Reading, Phonics, Grammar, Music, Verbal Reasoning, and other areas of learning. I am versatile and comfortable working with learners of different ages, abilities and backgrounds, including children preparing for important entrance and 11+ assessments.
I became a teacher because I want to contribute to something greater than myself: the development of the next generation.
My greatest motivation is seeing understanding replace confusion, confidence replace fear and possibility replace “I can't.” That is the kind of transformation I strive to create in every learner I teach.
For me, the greatest reward is not simply a higher score. It is seeing a child who once said, “I can't do this,” eventually smile and say, “I understand!” That transformation is why I teach.

I believe every child can succeed when lessons are personalized, engaging and taught at the right pace. My approach combines clear explanations, questioning, interactive activities, guided practice and targeted exercises to strengthen understanding and build confidence. I adapt every lesson to the learner’s individual needs and goals, whether improving English, reading, grammar, phonics, communication skills or preparing for 11+ Verbal Reasoning and entrance examinations.
My online lessons typically last 45–60 minutes and follow a purposeful structure: review, teaching, guided practice, independent application and feedback. I monitor progress carefully and adjust lessons to address areas that need improvement while building on existing strengths.
I have teaching experience across primary and secondary education and online learning, working with learners of different abilities and backgrounds. My lessons are ideal for children aged 5–16 and international ESL learners. Above all, I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel confident to participate, think critically, ask questions and make steady progress.
