About Thea
I'm Thea, a recent graduate with First Class Honours from the University of Edinburgh in French and Linguistics, with a distinction in spoken French. I was also awarded an academic scholarship from 11+ at Surbiton High School and spent years as a literacy tutor with students from the prep school. I'm personable and patient, and love helping my students reach their goals.

As a recent university graduate and having left school 4 years ago, I understand what it feels like to sit the exams and learn the content, so I really enjoy getting to know my students so my lessons are as engaging as possible and make studying an enjoyable experience. I am available for English tutoring from 7+ Literacy through to GCSE, and French tutoring for Common Entrance/GCSE. I am happy to tailor the length and structure of my lessons to my students as I want to be working in a way that suits their learning needs.
