About Brian
I volunteered as a math and English tutor in Ontario and Nova Scotia part-time while working during the day as a P. Eng. I studied teaching for adult education from Seneca College part-time while seeking to change careers. I operated a teaching engineering company as a professional engineer where the employees could learn engineering drafting and see how a design office works. At present, I have more time to devote to helping someone who is interested in math and English. I am technically knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Teams and can use Zoom if required.

My lesson plans will be constructed to the needs of students. For elementary math and English, I have used study guides already made up. My construction engineering experience I have used to bring some depth to calculations by stories to motivate interest and atmosphere to the lesson to be learned to communicate why we have to specify to building safety codes.
