My main teaching methodology is the Mastery Teaching Method. I teach for mastery. The objectives of each topic or lesson are stated before hand and I tutor and guide students to be achieve at least 80% of the stated objectives before moving to the next topic or lesson. I also encourage the active participation of the student by using constructivist methodologies.
