Engaging, professional and TEFL Certified tutor of ESOL and English. Excellent communication skills and presentation delivery. I have taught in Barcelona for 18 months with a specialism in ESOL (Cambridge, FCE, CAE, CPE) and my previous experience tutoring in English language & literature at GCSE and A-Level.
I have a Master's Degree in History of Art (Distinction) and a Bachelor's Degree in English & American Literature, both from the University of Birmingham. I have also worked in Learning & Access within art galleries, particularly The Barber Institute of Fine Arts.
I use Content and Language Integrated Learning as my teaching framework, utilising authentic materials for students to study. I aim to ensure my lessons are fun, dynamic, interactive and always try to keep things fresh.
I am very personable and friendly and thoroughly enjoy my job. I teach ESOL at levels A2-C2 and English Literature and Language at GCSE and A-Level.
