My teaching methodology is built on five key principles: Accountability, Creativity, Flexibility, Empathy, and Approachability.
**Accountability**: I encourage students to take responsibility for their learning. I set clear goals and regularly check progress, ensuring they stay on track.
**Creativity**: Engineering is all about innovation. I inspire students to think outside the box through hands-on projects and real-world problem-solving, helping them connect theory to practice.
**Flexibility**: Every student learns differently. I adapt my teaching style to meet individual needs, providing personalized support to help them grasp complex concepts.
**Empathy**: I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their challenges. I listen and respond to their concerns, fostering trust and confidence.
**Approachability**: I encourage open communication, inviting questions and discussions. This helps build a collaborative atmosphere, making learning engaging and enjoyable.
Through this approach, I aim to make engineering and related subjects accessible and enjoyable for all students.
